Refund Policy

1.Virtual Nature of Premium

Due to its virtual nature, Premium is considered consumed upon purchase, and thus no refunds will be issued.

2.Exceptional Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted only if required by law or at JoyRally’s discretion:

3.App Store Purchases: We cannot process refunds for in-app purchases made via the App Store. Contact Apple directly for such requests.

4.Google Play/Website/PayPal Purchases:

A 50% transaction fee and prorated charge for used Premium days will be deducted from refunds.Orders older than 7 days from the payment date are ineligible for refunds.

5.Auto-Renewal Notice:

In-app purchases via App Store or Google Play that auto-renew are non-refundable. Users must cancel future renewals through their respective app marketplaces.

6.Non-Refundable Items: Subscriptions, gift card purchases, and promotional sales are excluded from refund eligibility.

General Terms

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the services provided by the JoyRally mobile app ("the App").

Downloading the App confirms your agreement to these terms. Completing registration signifies you have read, understood, and accepted them. If you disagree, do not use the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, all related trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property remain our exclusive property. Your rights to use the App and its content are personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

Warranty Disclaimer

The App and content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the App’s availability or functionality.

Liability Limitation

We are not liable for content errors, user actions based on content, or issues such as network interception, software/hardware failures (including viruses, data loss, or compatibility conflicts).

JoyRally Security Subscription

• Cancel your membership at any time; paid subscription periods remain valid until expiration.
• Auto-renewed in-app subscriptions must be canceled via Google Play. For Apple cancellations, [click here].
• Subscription fees are listed in the App, and we reserve the right to adjust prices.

Miscellaneous

We may update these Terms of Use at our discretion. It is your responsibility to review updates. Continuing use confirms acceptance of revised terms. Latest update: July 2, 2025.
